One price, whichever model answers.
$1 per 1,000 governed requests, and on routed traffic, once a month's holdout is large enough to measure the saving, never more than half of what Ergoda saved you that month, nor below a quarter of list. Each request your agent sends through Ergoda, or that Ergoda reads from your own traces in observe mode, counts once, whichever model answers it and however many calls our checks make for it. No tiers and no monthly minimum. The cap only ever lowers the fee, so moving more of your traffic never earns us more than the plain rate. You bring your own provider keys, and we add no markup to your token bill; comparison calls run on your keys and are netted out of every saving we report.
Three ways to run it
- Free, $0: on your own machine. The analyser and point-in-time reports, the checks and the assurance levels, a static routing config.
- Metered, $1.00 per 1,000 governed requests, and on routed traffic, once a month's holdout is large enough to measure the saving, never more than half of what we saved you that month, nor below a quarter of list; charged once $10 has accrued: the hosted control plane from the first request, evidence that accumulates with intervals, thresholds re-derived as traffic changes, drift alerts, and an attestation record we sign.
- Enterprise, custom: an annual prepaid commit, negotiated per customer. Still metered at $1.00 per 1,000 governed requests; every request draws the commit down, and the monthly cap does not apply. support@ergoda.com.
The cap
If the fee on your routed traffic comes to more than half of what we measurably saved you that month, we credit the difference on your next invoice, down to a floor of a quarter of list. The saving is in your provider's dollars: one trajectory in twenty runs on your frontier model alone, and the saving is what the rest cost less. The credit applies once a month's holdout holds at least 40 trajectories, pins the saving to within 2.5% of your frontier bill, and passes two checks on what your SDK reported (the holdout draw matches, and each model's price agrees across both arms). Otherwise you pay the plain fee and see the measured saving for information. Observe mode and unrouted steps are billed at list.

Ask within your first 60 days of paid use and we refund what you were charged in those 60 days. They start at your first charge, no reason is needed, and it is once per organisation. Write to support@ergoda.com from your account's address; the refund goes back to the card.
